You retain responsibility for content you submit. You must have the right to submit it and must not provide unlawful, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or private third-party information. LocalBizzInfo may review, reject, suspend, edit, or remove submissions under its moderation workflows.
4. Directory information and calculators
Business information may be incomplete or change without notice. Calculator outputs and Guides are general research information, not binding quotes, warranties, appraisals, legal advice, engineering advice, or other professional advice. Verify important facts and obtain qualified professional advice before acting.
5. Third parties
Listings and external links may identify independent businesses or websites. LocalBizzInfo does not control third-party services and does not guarantee their availability, credentials, work, terms, privacy practices, or results.
6. Intellectual property
The LocalBizzInfo brand, original site design, software, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, scrape, republish, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected materials except as permitted by law or written authorization.
7. Prohibited conduct
You may not interfere with the service, bypass security, submit spam or malware, impersonate another person, harvest data unlawfully, manipulate ratings or statuses, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.
8. Availability and limitation
